I really appreciate her recommendations as to things that I could do to make the condo more appealing, as well as how she staged it based on my budget. She also knew how to skillfully navigate the offer negotiation. Lastly, she ensured that everything happened that needed to in order to finalize the transaction in a timely manner. "My husband and I recently purchased a home with Sandrine, and she was excellent. We were interested in a condo in Inman Square (Cambridge, MA) where the market is extremely competitive. We knew that we needed someone knowledgeable and very experienced in the local market. We were particularly concerned about how the inspection might come back on this specific condo, but Sandrine walked us through the offer process and helped us to both protect our deposit and also negotiate for additional credits for upgrades we felt should be made. We had a particularly unresponsive seller, but Sandrine and the rest of our team worked hard to continually follow-up with them and make sure everything was on schedule throughout the process. I couldn't believe it, but at the end we closed on time and spent less than an hour at the closing table! What was most remarkable about Sandrine was that she was not only knowledgeable, but extremely calm and positive throughout the whole experience. As first-time homebuyers, we often felt stressed out when we were unable to obtain responses from the seller, but Sandrine continually reassured us and delivered at every turn. When we finally got to the closing table, everything was organized and laid out for us, and Sandrine was as excited as we were!
